More pictures of our camel ride!
So I am back from Bali. Had a fantastic time there I didn't wanna come back. We went to take our pre wedding shots for the first few days around Ubud, Padang Padang Beach in Uluwatu and even the Nusa Dua Beach with camels. Here is a sneek peek at some of the shots :) Our photographer who went with us was Melody and her husband Justin. They are such a nice and fun pair! We all just clicked instantly and it was more like friends taking pictures for us than some professional photographer. We did alot of fun shots rather than the standard posey shots.
This was taken at Bedugul, the temple at a volcanic lake...chilly up the mountains and we had to pay to take our wedding shot there!
Awesome camel shot with the only gown I brought there. Yes, it is not the typical white bridal gown which will look very cliche amidst the sand and whitish background.. The camels are really smelly, like the zoo smell and I was actually quite frighten to touch it at first. It was making a pathetic "Orh Orh Orh" sound, like it was in pain..
I look really spastic in this picture but since HTB looks good in it, shall just show it to everyone. Well, not everyone looks good everyday :)
Taken at Padang padang beach, one of the nicer beaches at Uluwatu. Had some fun shots there with the retro theme.

Save the date! Yes this was my idea, to experiment with those old granny white face powder. The texture was chalk-like so I told Melody that we could write "Save the date" on our faces :D
The Spa in Bali is awesome. We tried a few but the one at Spa Bali at Seminyak was really reasonably priced. S$50 for hot stone massage, scrub, yoghurt body milk and a flower bath. This would easily cost $200 in Singapore. We also attended our gay friend's wedding at Canggu, a beautiful huge villa with it's own kitchen and cook. Amazing place.
Well, as for how a gay wedding is like, well, it is pretty much like a normal wedding, there was the exchange of vows and rings sealed with a long french kiss. The food was fine and they even hired live Balinese dancers and fire performers to entertain the guests. There was also a live DJ to spin some songs and everyone took to the dance floor by the pool... A beautiful party, nothing too rowdy as there were elders around.
Now smack me back to reality *slaps slaps*
