Today I acomplished a number of tasks.. Went to BF's place to bake and cook dinner for his family because his maid went back for some urgent family matter..
After baking cupcakes, I went to visit granny and passed her maid a couple of cupcakes before heading to my uncle's house..Saw Leslie after such a long time..I really miss him and he has grown up to be such a huge boy now but still can't stop whining..and I saw my cousin who lives in Malaysia, but he is here looking for a job and his GF(also from malaysia) are staying with my uncle..Yeah this is the uncle that I used to stay with when my parents separated and Leslie was originally our dog..

Yesterday was the first time in a long while I got to go to the beach at Sentosa to tan and swim! :D
As you can imagine my excitement after so long to do my first "sport"..hahahaha
Although I couldn't swim as much as usual or jump as much as usual, I was glad I actually tried because it felt good to be able to do all these again...
So if you guys have never seen me in bikini, brace yourselves for this! Haha, nothing to show lah anw...

Yay, sis emailed to say that she has arrived safely in New York! It's her first time experiencing snow and she can't take the freezing weather there...poor her, her cold tolerance is pretty low...Anw, I hope she eats more and enjoy herself :)
Yesterday BF had his final round interview for the Management Associate Programme. It is kind of scary when I think about having to face interviews next year because my verbal communication skills is not good at all unlike BF's. He was in front of a panel of 4 interviewers which included the CEO and they quized him on questions like "World peace is a myth", "Should religion be mixed with politics" and gave him business scenerios to solve. I think if I were him, I would have freaked out :( But I think BF did well to even make it to the final 6 people out of a few hundred applicants. *claps claps*
But the thing I really admire the most is BF's undying persistence to try because Management Associate programmes only accept at least a second upper class honours qualification and BF only got a second lower. In fact during the interview, they asked him why his grades were bad and BF said that if they look at his transcript, most of his subjects he took are his passion and interest, eg. Bird watching and photography and he took photography even though the rest of his classmates were photography majors and he knew it would be difficult to score but it was his interest and passion. And the panel nodded.. Yeah, I think it is really important to be honest but one has to know how to play down one's weakness and play up one's strengths. And this episode also goes to show that grades are not everything in life. If one is persistent and have other good qualities, people will still accept you.. We just have to have the never-give-up attitude. I think this is really one thing I have to learn from him!

Yay peeps, I am fine, the doc says it is not pneumothorax but the sad thing is that they can't diagnose me. They don't know what is wrong with me..Yeah well, I knew it, as long as they can't visibly see things on my xray means I am fine..
Oh and the doc says that there is no bullae on my Xray when I asked him..but I told him that the specialist said there was but he insists there wasn't..well, doctors can't be trusted anyway..

I am feeling better after I sleep..I think everyone must be praying for me. Now I don't know if I should still go to the hospital in case they think I am paranoid again :(
It's so hard to tell you know, last night I was feeling really bad and it is better though im still breathing heavily. The doctor asked me to go back to A&E the other time if I experience similar symptoms..but it is so hard to tell, how if I experience some of the symptoms and it is on and off? sigh...this is mental torture

Today was spent with the uni girls and it was really fun, we went to Bugis and were suppose to catch a movie but got the timing wrong..In the end, we ended up eating and eating which was really good because bonding happens the most during meals..We had swensen, TCC and Zsofi's tapas..However, I wasn't feeling too well the whole day..my throat was itching terribly from the top to the center of my chest and later in the day I started to feel an on off tightness in the chest..The symptoms are scarily similar to my previous episode and the rest of the girls were quite worried for me :( sorry to have cause you gals much worry. But perhaps I am wrong and it is just nothing. Mum called me to head to TTSH tomorrow morning to check. She is quite worried too.
BF will drop me at the hospital tomorrow before going for his interview. Yeah, Im sorry to make everyone worry. I really hope it is nothing!
:( I just don't want to go through the painful process again :(

Today was spent cleaning up my house and I even changed the layout of my living room :D Moved the piano and sofa and cleaned out everything :D even the ship model which was so hard to clean I had to use cotton buds! So proud of myself. But after the whole cleaning process, my throat was reall itchy and I felt out of breath...I think maybe it was the dust and maybe I exerted too much force :(
But still Im happy with the results! Cleaning really makes me happy :) Now I can listen to christmas songs in a small clean house

The ultimate saddest thing happened this morning. That is why I am awake now at 5am. Sis was leaving for the US this morning and when she and mum open the door to get ready to go out, a cockroach flew into the house and both of them started screaming..Blurry eyed I woke up to find the cockroach standing near my door and mum started to run to the kitchen to get the spray and the cockroach got scared and ran into my room in the process...Then my mum started spraying and the cockroach disappeared and couldn't be found. Great now its body remains a mystery and whether it survived this episode lefts to be seen..But the saddest thing is that I just spent the whole day after exams cleaning up my rooom!!!!!! ARGH!!!!!
After exams cannot rest, now still have to wake up at 5am :(

This morning I went to school really early, like around 5.30am to beat the jam before my last paper. The good thing about driving at the wee hour is that I didn't have to signal at all :D
So I was sitting somewhere eating a cinnabun and a crumb fell into my shirt but I could not find it. Today when I went back to bathe I found the crumb in my belly button! Hehe..that's so funny, to think that the crumb crumbled all the way into a hole and got stuck there. So my belly button is now officially known as the crumb collector :D

Poor BF has been working Overtime since he started work and I haven't gotten a chance to see him for the past few days..Eventhough now I'm at his place, he says that he can only knock off at 8.30pm which means I have to eat dinner without him :( Kinda sad when I come to think about it..Imagine your life working from 9-8 everyday with only the precious weekends to spare and sometimes the weekends are spent resting that one hardly has time, quality time for him/herself. Life will sort of be like that for the next 20-30 years for an average individual stuck in the Jaggernaut of modernity. Where is the meaning to life?
It is kinda scary when I think about it...somehow I wish I could be teleported back to the past where life was about friends and family and the village people and you work for your own subsistence...Sheesh...life sucks!

Being sick is the last thing I want to be now. But too bad I am..I've been down with Cold or flu...the fever seems to be struggling to manifest itself. But i've been taking chinese medicine from BF's dad and I dont plan to visit the doctor because as usual, I don't trust them and anw, it's a virus so my body has to fight it off itself and the medicines the doctors give only alleviate the symptoms. Yeah...So for now I'm sleeping alot and trying to alter my diet..Hopefully I'll get well soon since exams are around the corner and I wanna start studying..

The weekend has come and passed...
On friday, went for dinner with BF and his new colleagues, they are quite a friendly and fun bunch, no wonder BF seems happy to work OT everyday...lol..
Saturday was spent with BF and we went to Zsofi Tapas bar for dinner, a place open by one of my friends in school. It's quite cool and gives me the feel of the back alleys of Spain around little India area..
Have been feeling sick lately, I think I caught a bad cold and my nose tap can't stop leaking..sheesh, plus I feel giddy and cold..
I hope I get well soon because exams are around the corner..sheesh, I might not have the time to upkeep this space then..My exams will end on the 1st of December and I honestly can't wait for it to end because it brings me to my favourite time of the year again :D
Christmas! I haven't thought of what to do yet but since so many people will be away during this time, I might have to reschedule my plans :D
